Why it matters
- The GPS location can show your home, your work or the route you take every day.
- Dates, phone model and software tell more about you than you might think.
- Hidden preview images can keep a crop or a blur that you believed was removed.
This page only reads. It never changes your file. To remove the data, Metadata Cleaner writes a new copy without it, then checks that copy.
Privacy
This page runs a small WebAssembly module built from the same engine as the app. The module imports nothing, and the page's security policy allows no connection outside this site. Once the page has loaded, choosing a file sends no request at all.
